We would like to welcome you in a familiar, cozy atmosphere. Due to its central location in Neustift - not on the main road - you can easily reach restaurants, shops, bakeries and bus stops on foot.

As a guest in our house, you can use the Stubai Super Card with many free rides and discounts from May to October.
Our guests also have free Wi-Fi access.
On request, the in-house sauna can be used.
Pets are not allowed with us.
Smoking is also not allowed in our house.

Die Küche bietet eine Essecke für 4 Personen, 2-Platten Ceranfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Geschirr, Radio. Außerdem sind Handtücher, Bettwäsche und W-Lan inbegriffen, ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit ein weiteres Doppelzimmer ohne Frühstück gegenüber der Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen mit Dusche/WC dazu zu mieten.

The apartment has a ground floor entrance with seating and parking in front of the apartment. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. Additional room with two single beds and SAT-TV, living room with couch and SAT-TV, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror. The kitchen has a cozy dining area, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, crockery, radio. In the cloakroom there is a separate ski boot dryer. In addition, towels, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included.
